In my early days of working in a dealership service center, I had many cases of wind noise that I had to chase down. Sometimes they can very hard to find but one of the best things I was taught was to use wide masking tape and tape off moldings, body gaps, weatherstrips, glass, etc and start road testing. Eventually you'll isolate the spot that is creating the turbulence and you can then fix it by making adjustments or caulking an opening. Sometimes the smallest, least expected thing can cause weird noises. Good luck.
