My 2012 Flagstaff 27BESS suffers from the soft floor issue. I realize it's basically compressed and not rotted so it's not as pressing of an issue. It's more of an annoyance.
Overall and otherwise, I really like our trailer and it's done us very well since we bought it over 6 years ago. I've had to repair a blind and a valance. I've also replaced the high limit switch along with 2 valves on the winterizing bypass on the water heater. I've also replaced the CO/Propane detector but they are supposed to be replaced every 5 years. I'm still on the factory tires and have done the bearings a couple of times.
We've put lots of trouble free miles on it and made lots of memories.
