Just purchased this unit today. Original owner, SoCal, kept under awning. Unbelievable.... but lap sealant on roof has almost no cracks, only a small area (4'x4') is showing some black dots on EPDM ...

Have always been a fan of the Outbacks as you gain some useful square footage without additional towing length.
