I have never seen a toyhauler that was that short that would allow a 17K gross weight. Most every toyhauler of the length your looking at are tandem axle which seem to max at about 15K gross weight. If your looking at plus 40' you can certainly hit 17K with triple axles and 35-4K pin weights. You may be over estimating your gross weight.
