Unfortunately there is a dearth of 5th wheel toyhauler that would meet the weight requirement and still have >100 gallons water for boondocking. Even the smallest 30ft one from voltage is 13K lbs unloaded.
Could 30ft XLR thunderbolt work? 10,500 dry weight, dry hitch of 1858 lbs, GVWR of 13,858 lbs.

Test drove a 2014 DRW 3500 Longhorn megacab, it's nice but noticeably harsher ride riding empty so the wife will hate riding in it for 90% of the other stuff we use the truck for.
Heard rumors of possible full air ride suspension coming on Ram HD trucks, if that could make a DRW ride like a SRW empty, it would be a done deal for me.

There really are only 2 choices here......buy a new truck or look at a smaller trailer.
Go test drive the truck again and have them air the front to 75-80 and rear yo 45. I bet your opinion will change.
Yes this spring the 3500 Dually's will be available with rear air bag suspension and the rice will be improved. My dually rides great with the pressures listed above running solo.
