I'm sorry.
I do not recommend either of those trailers for your Burb. Your receiver is limited to 1000 pounds using weight distribution and is not replaceable/upgradeable. 800 pounds dry TW will grow with full propane tanks, battery, and thing stuffed into the front outside storage.

Next issue is payload of the half ton Burb. Check your driver's door for this sticker and note what yours has listed where mine says 2051:

An equivalent half ton version of mine has under 1400 pounds. That needs to support my family of 5, some gear to keep them occupied for the trip, and some misc camping gear in the cargo area. Oh, and the 1000 pounds of TW.
Stick to under 6k dry and under 700 pounds of dry TW and I think ou will be pleased.
For the axle ratio, it should be listed on the window sticker with prices/equipment. You can also locate the RPO code on the sticker in the glove box. Look for GU4 (3.08) and GU6 (3.42). Official tow ratings are 5000 pounds for 3.08 and about 8000 for 3.42. Note: families tend to add at least 1000 pounds of camping gear and options to the RV. So 7k dry will be over 8000 pounds loaded for a long weekend trip.
