Yup, I highly recommend spending 2-3 times the money for the same performance...

Set up the WD hitch properly and add two sway bars for the length the OP is talking about and you would be really surprised how comfortable the tow would be.
If you have sway issues that can't be fixed with a normal WD hitch and friction sway control, I recommend skipping the more expensive "integrated" friction sway control hitches (Which the DC and the Equal-i-zer both are in fact) and going straight to one of the big 3.... Hensley, pull-right, or Pro-Pride.
