Dealer as in Chevy dealers? If you can, find a reputable transmission shop to quote the work too. A few years ago I had a tranny temp sensor and drain plug added to the pan plus the aux cooler added on an Envoy XL for about $180. Three years ago for $125 the same place did a transmission flush, added the plug to the pan and teed the sensor into the cooler line on my 1/2 ton Suburban.
Adding the cooler isn't all that complex as long as you know what line to tap and have the room to work. I once added a cooler to a Caprice cause their was tons of room to work in from of the radiator. The Envoy was tight, so I let them do it.
