Mines a 2013. Awesome truck, you will love it. Just remember the 6.2 will make its power in the higher RPM range. Overall, a very solid towing platform.

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH A GAS ENGINE RUNNING "HIGHER" RPMS.
Folks get a grip, with the overhead cams there is NOTHING to fear when a gas engine runs at 4K or even 4.5K RPMs. YES, it will make some "noise" but nothing like a diesel...
These engines are MEANT to run.
The 6.2 has SO MUCH power Ford had to PROGRAM the throttle to OPEN slowly. That is why folks seam to get their undies all wadded up with the supposed "high RPM" thing.
You will find that this engine really gets up and going, just not off the line. The programming of the throttle keeps wheel spin in check so it feels/seems like the engine only has power at high RPMs.
I am extremely pleased with my 2013 so far I have towed my 7K trailer and the truck really handled the load well with plenty of power left over.
What you may find however is the "plow package" will give you a stiffer ride in the front. The plow package adds heavier spring package on the front axle. I have seen some complaints about this so you might need to consider getting the front springs changed out for the regular set.
