The 6.7 -may- be too new to really know the reliability, certainly Ford has addressed it, the question is, how well did they.
The only issue I know about, is the Bosch CP-4 fuel pump (also used in, VW and Audi, among others) -had- shown a high enough failure rate that there was been a forced investigation into it's reliability. I understand Bosch has addressed this issue, but how well may be a question.
