Guys - making this way more complicated that it should be.

It lists his cargo capacity.
The OP lists max tow but not Heavy Duty payload, which is a significant difference.
The OP cargo capacity is probably somewhere between 1400-2100#, according to his cab configuration and options on the truck. No need to reference weblinks and such, it is plainly listed on the yellow sticker inside his door.
He should be fine with either of the TT he is specing unless he hauls a harley in the bed of his truck at the same time, or if he has 4 #300 adults in his cab. In other words, as long as he doesn't have a bunch of other cargo in his truck.
