2013 forest river lacrosse leaking water

Question

I purchased a lacrosse 318bhs in February and have had nothing but trouble. The refrigerator didn't work and the floor gets wet when it rains. It is going back to the dealer for the third time in 2 months. The outside wall has bubbles in it and the carpet is soaked beside the slide out. Friends of ours have the same rv and are having the same water leak. I was just wondering if anyone else is having this problem or if we just have lemons? I wouldn't recomend this rv or dealing with Tom Raper rv to anyone!! Is there a lemon law for tv's?? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated

Thanks. I just think everyone needs to know about the problems we have been having with our rv and the dealer Tom Raper rv.

We love ours and have had no major problems at all. We did have a couple minor issues like the pee trap in the shower broke but I noticed it before it was a major problem. We took it to Tom Raper and they didn't fix it even though they said they did. Drove 45 minutes to pick it up. I called Primetime and dealt with them directly. They sent me the part and I installed it. I wouldn't let Tom Raper flush my blank tank. They are a joke.

6.7 tow rig. Thanks for your input. We have had ours at Tom Raper in London oh. And in Indiana they both have said they fixed the water leak but they didn't. If you don't mind could you tell me how you talked to at prime time. Tom raper is a joke!!!

Here is what I usedI called them at the number above and they helped me immediately. They sent the part to my house and I received it in two days. I als ohad questions on why the outdoor kitchen sink went to the black tank instead of gray and they sent me pics of a trailer being made which showed the construction and issues they would have. They have been fantastic. I took mine to Raper in Fairfield Ohio. Never again
