Don, not COMPLETELY true...Last 3 trucks I've owned, I didn't just want the DVD, I wanted all the books, so my salesman called up Chrysler I guess? and told them the owner wanted all the Owners manuals for his truck and they were Fed EX'ed to me...I had them in just a couple of day's....

Get this, the main Owners Manual has 727 pages:E..then you have the Users Manual for Uconnect Access ( 294 pages), the Diesel Supplement booklet, (163 pages) AND the Warranty Information booklet for Diesel, 36 pages....oh, that doesn't include the 2013 Ram Truck Special Service Supplement booklet, it has 32 pages, the 2013 Quick Tips booklet, and the 2013 Users Guide, 193 pages....(last two "quick look up" booklets)....SOOOOO, there is plenty of reading material and to get what doesn't come with the truck, ask your dealer to request them and it's paid for and you get them in just a couple of day's..


........course I do have the DVD on this 'puter too which covers all the above, AND you have the usual tire information, lemon law information, and a few other things.

SON....glad I got the dually , with all this reading material, it's a wonder when I put it in my truck that I'm not over my GVWR.....not to worry, I KNOW I'm not over my RAWR:B
