Have the dealership work with Cruiser, they will be more prone to assist being the dealership will pull thier line from the inventory if service becomes an issue. IF the dealership is not willing to help, then I am sorry you have a bad dealership. If you continue to speak with Cruiser yourself, ask to speak with regional managers or higher. Dont take the word of the first person you speak to on the phone. Send pictures. If all else fails, contact the local paper and have them call Cruiser for an "interview" I bet you would get your axles :-) GOOD LUCK
