Very likely not worth it. Some times the 4.10 will run lower rpm and other times it will run higher. If it lets you hold a higher gear then you can run lower rpm. but if it still needs to downshift to the same gear it would be in with the 3.73 you will be even higher rpm. The truck makes it's power at higher rpm, no amount of gears can change this.
I personally have a very similar truck (2012 2500hd 6.0 3.73) I totally ignore the tow rating and just make sure to keep it under the axle ratings.
