- skwidExplorerWe have a 2013 Shadow Cruiser 280QBS from Cruiser RV and love it. We looked at the viewfinders and they were very nice as well. No problems here.
- GMandJMExplorerps: We also had installed an inverter, hard wired surge protector and an automatic transfer switch. Also had the battery shelf rebuilt to hold two group 27 batteries. That plus a Honda genny made boondocking more fun.
The batteries are hard to access, so a QuickFill was a good $70 investment. Just a thougt. - GMandJMExplorerWe have the 2012 24SD. Like it lots. One thing we had to get used to was that the v-nose drew people who wanted to look inside. We thought about charging a nickel per tour. (joking, of course).
One thing we noticed is that it has so much storage space that it would be easy to overload it, even with the generous cargo carrying limit. Someone on these forums had a problem with their 24SD axels. You might want to search for that thread.
We thinnk Cruiser RV makes a good product and they were stand-up on the few warranty issues we had (kitchen sink leaked, power tongue jack broke and some minor stuff).
Ours came with all the options (thanks, Nick). We like the power jack and stabilizers, but the gas grill we never used nor did we hook up the TV outside.
We had a receiver hitch welded on the back for a cargo shelf and that worked out well.
The only thing we did not like is the high step up into the shower. A remodel to have a shower instead of a bathtub was on our to-do list, but we recently got a motorhome so our ViewFinder may be looking for a new family to love and enjoy it.
If you have any specific questions, just ask. - michigansandzilExplorerDon't have the same model, but we own a Shadow Cruiser from Cruise RV and are very happy with our TT.
Congrats on your purchase.
Happy Camping.
