I have a 28' BH Forrest River and tow with a 2012 F-150 4X4 EchoBoost.
Tows great. Tows kind of like a Diesel. Doesn't struggle in mountains.
The extra tow capacity and HD package get the job done with ease.
Your questions should be:
How often will I tow?
How far will I tow?
Will I tow in the mountains?
How much dry space do you need?
Will a camper shell suit your needs?
Then decide on your tow vehicle and camper.
