For my 2011 Sierra, it is found in the Owner's Manual. Mine says 1100 pounds max tongue weight capacity with WD hitch. Not sure of the 2014's. You should be able to find a pdf of the Owner's Manual on the web.
FWIW, my truck is set up like you describe. 5.3, 6-speed, 3.42, tow package option. My Tow Capacity is rated at 10,000 pounds, but my door sticker says the Carrying Capacity is (only) 1440 pounds. Since I'm carrying a fiberglass cap that probably weighs 200 pounds, once I add myself, wife, and WD hitch, there's not much left for tongue weight. :(
