Door sticker numbers subtract the actual weight of options - but the advertising shows 'basic stripped model' - that's why you usually can't find it in person. No one buys the basic stripped versions.
Yep - that was my point exactly... The brochures show over 2000 lbs payload (with the max trailering package - which doesn't seem available yet) and I was wondering if anyone had one of these yet and and what it really had.. :)
6.2 engine and Max trailer package now available on 1500 series. Just ordered truck to include these two items. Tow rating is 12000 pounds. Includes a frame mounted 2.5 inch hitch.
