Jeep sells lots of Wranglers lifted and moded by the dealer, you should ask them if they are being sold without warranties. I have no experience with the new Cherokee but OEM off road (Trail Rated) suspensions are generally softer than regular street tuned suspensions. Don’t confuse heavy duty/off road with stiff.
