2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

Nice Chet! I was debating on getting one for our TC since we don't have an oven.
Not sure how much I'd use it since we have the baby-q that we love.
