2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

If you have the power, why not go electric. You still have to use propane for the furnace and catalytic heater right, nothing else but perhaps an outside BBQ.
