2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

We were just talking yesterday about taking our stove/oven out of the TC. I don't use it. When we go camping. I'm going to have fun not cook! If it can't get cooked in the microwave or grill it ain't happening! We could really use more storage space. Dh said he could put shelves in the space. NOW to get him to do it is another subject!!
