Nice Chet! I was debating on getting one for our TC since we don't have an oven.
Not sure how much I'd use it since we have the baby-q that we love.
Jammin' Knowing how much you enjoy your hot tea and bisquits (cookies?) You probable have a microwaveable tea pot. I think that you'd use and enjoy a small toaster oven when you do those day trips. They are inexpensive... might even find one to try in a thrift store.
We use our microwave oven to heat paper cups of water for our Chai Tea. I'd like to have one of those 110 VAC coils like we used to have... hang it in a cup, plug it up... HOT water... nothing else to do. (Safety probably took them off the market... help anyone?)
We had a small 110 VAC, toaster oven in the camper for years. We used it for split bagel halves and cream cheese.... for "grilling" sandwiches, etc. I have measured dozens of the toaster ovens trying to find one that would fit inside our microwave oven for storage... no luck.
We also had a George Forman Grill thingy for a while... they worked but not well. I should have put it in the stove/oven that Suds54 picked up from us.
The oven in the built in stove was too small to bake a pizza...nearly useless. It was heavy, consumed space and we didn't use the stovetop... Like most others I also used the stove top burners to purge the propane gas line for the refridgerator... $800 worth of useless juck just for me to purge the gas line.
