2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

Very nice upgrade!

I'd probably opt for a micro/convection in my next camper. The stove is mostly useless, but I use the oven once in a while.

LOL, that's the only time my stove gets used too, which is prior to every trip because I always turn off the propane bottle when I get home.
