2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

Hi,

Anyone who is going to go electric may wish to consider an induction cooker. I have one from nuwave and I've not used the stove since. It allows heat control by 10 F increments. The best thing is that it heats the pan--so almost all the energy goes into cooking the food.
