2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

I tryed to find a micro/convection as a first solution... they were all too small inside to bake a pizza. The camper convection oven will easily do a 14" the one in the house will do a 16".

The micro convection ovens that I liked were power hogs...
