2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I would never have a camper that didn't have a gas stove and oven. We use our oven with a pizza stone so it works very well (Mrs's doea a lot of baking).It would be a pain to run the genny for every meal. We eat on dishes and cook in pots and pans. We can go 5 days on a tank of water (showers,dishes etc) and have never had a problem finding water.
