2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

Thanks for sharing Sleepy. I admire your low maintenance methods and thinking outside the box. What you do may not be for everyone but it seems to work well for you.
