2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

I can't imagine having a TC without a propane stove and oven. We use ours all the time. Maybe Im missing something here but when Im dry camping I dont want to run my generator just to cook inside. And I dont think most TC guys have enough solar to handle that kind of load.
