2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

kerry4951, I think sleepy is using a low power electric cooking solution.

We haven't missed not having a propane oven (we have a stove), but we have a convection oven/microwave combination. I have no idea how much mine draws, but my guess is a lot! We rarely bake camping.
