We had Thanksgiving dinner in the camper.
We baked a 4 1/2 pound Turky Breast in our Convection oven... the turkey sealed in heavy foil (it made clean-up a snap... just put the foil in the recycle bin.
We had baked dressing to go with the turkey
We also had baked winters squash
And rolls.
We used the microwave to make the mashed potatoes and the gravy
The cranberry sauce was chilled in the can... in the campers fridge.
And the salad came from the fridge too.
While we we eating we baked a pumpkin pie (from frozen)
You notice.... we didn't need a stove top...
Clean up was easy... we have dishes but... we used paper plates, plastic cups, etc.
All we needed was the trash can liner carried to the dumpster.
We had too many left overs... ended up throwing food away.
