2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

It appears from your comments thatmany of you don't mind washing pots and pans... like to cook with grease... and want to spend a lot of time cooking... good for you.

Janet and prefer to keep it simple and eat out a lot.

Our set up now is perfect for us.
