2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

It appears that you have a good set-up for your style of TCing. Did you go someplace with a good view out the diningroom window? Did the micro run off of battery or genset? Did you run gen for the counter top oven? How did all the electrics perform?
