2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

I get a real kick out of cooking while using the TC. It's like having a Coleman stove, an oven, a microwave AND a fridge. Gone are the days of cutting vegetables on the ice chest.
