2014 Project report, Stove removal... Electric mod

I went with all electric cooking: PVSolar at its best... generator back-up. I seriously doubt shore power will ever be used, Why remove the propane stove? I boiled eggs one time in 11 years on the ...

I have eliminated another microwave or stovetop chore in our camper... saving propane... using the sun.

Our camper got a 12VDC coil beverage cup heater for Christmas...

PVSolar will run it... along with most of the rest of our cooking

Anything that needs a cup or two of boiling water is easy and fast... just another way to avoid using the built in generator... it even avoids the use of the inverter.
