Thank you!! Sometimes I feel like such a slacker when I see what other folks are cooking in their RVs - I HATE to cook; and when we're RVing, we're vacationing. Which means I get to cook as seldom as possible ;-)
I'm excited about having a TC because it means we'll be able to get into smaller restaurant parking lots!

I like your thinking...
Janet and I have been on vacation for about 10 years (I retired in January 2005)
The dishwasher does a lot of work at home....
... but when we are traveling we avoid anything that requires washing pots and pans as much as possible.
Water is much to precious to waste on dishes... remember, we NEVER go to campgrounds... never hookup for 3 to 6 months at a time.
Water is for navy showers, flushing, washing hands... oral hygene.... not scubbing pots and pans.
Self contained campers for extended use means resource self control and a lot of practice.
We hope that all have a great Holiday... year around, but especially during these Christmas Holidays...
