Thanks ib, I called uhaul back, becaues I was sure I was quoted wrong. $680 installed sounded too cheap, and I was right. $1100 for Curt E16 slider. They didn't have a non slider. My local shop has a non slider for around the same price installed.
The Ram puck system looks very easy to install btw...
