2014 silverados hitting dealers
My local chevy dealer has some new 2014 silverados on the lot, and are getting more in each week. He said they can be ordered!! The HD trucks will hit in about fall from what the main truck guy said....

My calcs have the tongue weight @ 925# + family (~500#). Not much left over.. Especially if travelling with 4 bikes, invertor, etc. And I definitely need a crew cab, I'm 6'6, wife is 5'9, and kids are off the charts for their heights.
I like the idea of not caring what I put in the truck box (for the most part), and still being able to tow my trailer. I just really don't want to have a 1 ton sized truck as it doesn't fit in most parkades.
Like I said, I think it's a pipe dream.. I'll probably end up with a megacab 1 ton.. I just wish they (manuf), would take tongue weights into account when "choosing" tow ratings.
