- mrp116ExplorerI think that having the separate entrance into bathroom is worth eliminating anything that has similar bed combinations but does not have the second entrance. Have you looked at the Jayco White Hawk 28dsbh? It should be on your list.
- HGLExplorerWe just picked up our Timber Ridge 270DBHS and love it...Its not on your list, so I vote - OTHER. Our solar panels are working like a charm and we only plugged in to run the AC for 15 minutes to cool off after driving 320 miles bringing it home...
- DtaylorExplorerI have a Wilderness 2750RL and have had two minor issues (door lock and brake assembly) both of which Heartland took care of with no problem at all. It tows well even thru the mountains. A TT we looked very hard at was a Surveyor, by Forest River. Given your list, If you do not choose the Wilderness, I would go with the Bullet. Looked at those also, but the Wilderness was a better fit for us
- BerkyExplorerSo why is the North Trail only 22' while everything else is 26'-28'?
- Doug33ExplorerSee my signature - the TT has exceeded my expectations (towing, living, quality) during the first four trips. I can't wait to head to Annapolis for our next trip next Thursday.
- bradnailerExplorerI don't want to play.
- 2012ColemanExplorer IINo links, No opinion
- mboppExplorerWe have a North Trail 21FBS Caliber, the 22FBS is a tad longer and has a couch.
Construction seems no better or worse than other TT's we looked at except an Evergreen.
I wish it had Dexter axles vs the Lipperts, we'll see how they hold up.
The Wide Track axles may help stability but they scuff the tires badly when backing into a tight site on pavement. Most people seem to like the idea though.
The solid surface counter top looks nice but is soft and scratches easily.
I added gas struts to hold the bed storage cover open.
But overall we liked the floor plan and aluminum construction. Compared to our previous HTT the water pump and kitchen fan are quieter. While the back bumper pull-out may be handy for some we've never used it (but I do have a storage box mounted to the bumper.)
There are a couple of issues to be addressed at the end of the season but nothing that will stop us from camping.
Overall we're satisfied with it. - howellmaExplorerI have the Solaire, love it
