I like the 4.3 liter, LS V6 version engine in the GM. I have a strong interest in hot rodding and the modern engine that seems to appeal to many hot rodders is the LS V8.
Having got that out of the way. Acceleration is all about power to weight ratio, gearing, traction.
Good test. A lot of close completion in the test.
Probably comes down to personal preference, individual comfort.
I like the looks and the ZF 8 speed transmission (all those ratios) of the Dodge, the engine in the GM's....comfort...I'd have to try them.
