Thanks Gazzer. I spoke with the factory about this and the man in charge of service said this could be repaired in less than a day there. They are always nice and he requested picks of all issues. There is going to be a rally up there in June and I plan on being there. I am sure that everyone has the same issues to share. Looks like I'll be working on it till I sell it. It's a nice unit and now I always have something to do. Outdoor RV could almost have it's own forum area for issues and fixes.
Yes, their service manager Rick has always been very nice and so has Darren. They were very apologetic regarding the re-work they had to do on my trailer. The only concern I would have regarding replacing the front cap in a day is that you will be towing it prior to the adhesive and sealer being totally cured. I would feel better letting it sit for the cure time without the stress of towing upon it. Just my $.02 Cheers!
