You're right Gazzer. They did refer to a repair. The problem is that the front cap is a gell coat and not paint so painting the area will not work and painting the entire front cap is even worse. Not sure how they do the repair, but it looks like I have to get it to the factory for the repair. Then they have to have the TT for an entire day. That could be a real pain. I feel somewhat shafted in this. There will be conversation with Outdoor about this. This is a brand new $40K trailer that I am dealing with, fixing their screw-ups. I am sure I am not alone. To bad their isn't an owners forum.
