Not sure how they do the repair, but it looks like I have to get it to the factory for the repair. Then they have to have the TT for an entire day.

Our previous Trailmanor trailer was towed to the factory by the manufacturer for roof repairs to stop a persistent leak. We picked it up there a month or so later on our way to Florida.
Perhaps you could arrange something similar with Outdoors RV. Build the trip into your vacation plans somehow.
So far our new trailer issues have been with components, the Lippert stabilizing jacks, Lippert remote control, and Shur-Flo water pump, not the trailer itself.
And so far, Outdoors RV has been good in responding directly to the issues (as the originating dealer is about as far away from the trailer as you can get: dealer in B.C., trailer in Florida). They sent me a new remote right away and have accepted documentation on the other issues for the warranty.
They wanted us to take the trailer in to some local repair shop for service, but as there's nothing that needs be fixed immediately, and we're living in it in while in Florida, they've agreed that the repairs can wait until we return to Ontario.
