I have followed this thread with keen interest as another Outdoor product, Creekside, caught my eye during my recent TT shopping trip. Some poster on this forum swore by them but commented Creekside is their entry level model. The higher end ones like yours should have quality comparable to Arctic Fox. I am a little skeptical as I did find some workmanship related problems on the one we saw.
The tongue problem your mentioned sounded serious to me. It may have a bend in the frame near where the front wall is. Or worse yet, a crack. I have to say I am only guessing here without hard evidence. If the underbelly is enclosed, it warrant an inspection of the frame inside the enclosure. Be very careful if you have to go under the TT. Make sure your have solid support in addition to the stabilizer jacks b/c these jacks may not design with the extra margin for personnel safety. I would not hitch it up for another trip until the inspection is done.
