The frame is a Northwood Frame, made by the same people who make the Artic Fox frames. I would be very surprised if there is a problem. Also I imagine the Creekside frames are the same as those put under the higher end Outdoors RV products.
I level my trailer by measuring the frame height from ground at the front and rear of the frame "box". Never checked to see if the coupler height is the same. Wouldn't necessarily care if was different as part of the design. But I'm quite sure there isn't a 4" difference on our trailer.
