...lots of information about High Pressure Fuel Pumps and which manufacturer takes care of their customers...Both GM and Ford use the same Bosch CP4.2 series HPFP;;only difference is GM has proven to be the manufacturer that will warranty HPFP failures. You will not find a report of a failed GM Bosch CP4.2 series HPFP that was not covered by warranty...examples of Ford denying warranty and sticking the unsuspecting customer with a $10,000.00 repair bill are very easy to find...sad but true...
