Of course no one ever has a problem with their Ford or Ram diesel trucks which always run perfectly from day one and last for hundreds of thousands of miles.
The simple reality is that most problems occur early in the life of any vehicle when the production line can do something wrong. It is why you have a warranty.
The most reliable trucks by far are the ones produced by Toyota but then they do not sell a diesel powered pickup truck in the USA.
If this is such a big deal that you go all to pieces maybe you should not be towing a trailer in the first place.
