Put a pressure treated 2 x 6 behind the wheel wells and load 4 to 6 sand bags in the rear of the bed.
Reduce the rear tire pressure to 50 to 55 psi.
I am a fan of Bilstein 4600 shocks. However, if you want an adjustable system, put Rancho 9000's shocks on the rear. Dial them down to 2 unloaded. I had 9000's on front and rear on my F350 and thought they were unnecessary on the front.
Trucks are just kidney busters unloaded. Good luck.
