If everything else is exceptional, the crack wouldn't bother me. If I could save $1K on the purchase price, it would be enough for me to repair any damage from the crack. If the crack is recent and rainfall has been light, even less reason to pass up a good deal.
Anybody with body shop or marine repair experience could fix a small crack, easily. In fact, a minor crack can be a DIY job with some epoxy. The only real worry would be water damage to the slide out and that should be investigated thoroughly.
